1. What kinds of stores
are on Shoppe?
Clozette Shoppe has gathered over 5,000 international brands all in one
place. We have online retail heavyweights such as Matches Fashion, Luisaviaroma,
SSense and ShopBop. We’ve also included top high-street stores such as ASOS, Modcloth and Nasty Gal.
2. How do I search for
an item?
With Clozette Shoppe,
you can find the item you are looking for by category, designer, price point or
via search box.
Category – Browse through what’s available and
narrow down your search through the menu and by the ca tegory filters seen
in each of the individual pages.
Visual Search – Upload a photo or a URL of any
fashion item you want to search for similar looking finds.
Search box – Type in keywords in the Search box
found on the top of the page to help you refine your search results.
Find Similar – Hover over an item’s photo and click on the “Find Similar” button to view items similar or related to the original item you’ve selected.
3. How can I buy an
item?
Simply click on the
BUY BUTTON of the item you wish to purchase. You will automatically be
re-directed to the retailer’s website to proceed with the transaction. Follow
the instructions on screen to complete your order.
4. Who is shipping my
order?
Once the ordering
process has been completed, the online retailer will be responsible for
shipping of the item/s. Take note of the order details for future reference.
5. The product I want is
out of stock. How do I know when the item will be available again?
Clozette Shoppe does
not have the facility yet to monitor stocks of online retailers. To get
information on when an item is available again, we recommend getting in touch
with the retailer directly.
Each product page has
a “You May Also Like” tab on the right the features similar items to the
product you’ve selected.
6. Are the products
shipped internationally?
Majority of the items
in Clozette Shoppe are available for shipping worldwide. You may double check
on the online retailer’s website for their delivery zones and international
shipping terms.
7. How do I return the
items that I’ve purchased?
All returns are
managed by the online store where you made the purchase. Please contact their
customer service accordingly.
